Gaming Static IP?

I have been told i need a static IP or something. I just got a router and when i open utorrent i cant find any open ports. So i went here:

http://www.portforward.com/networking/static-vista.htm

I got to the part with the name sevrers and DNS thing and got confused. I need 2 but i only found one, and that was from my router page ( http://192.168.2.1/ )

you can use these two:
* 208.67.222.222
* 208.67.220.220

they're from OpenDNS, a free DNS provider that works pretty damn well.

Also, just entering the DNS server you found and leave the second dns server field empty should work.
