you can't play any games and the AI is still set at EASY. Game servers are offline at the moment.
I played some game against AI just fine (played medium and hard). Apparently, it's a bug affecting some but not others. My friend couldn't create an AI game. Also, coop or party play seems to be broken at least coop vs AI.
I noticed they had the global server indicator on there, so apparently they will do regional and global servers.
