just a guess, not a real answer.
you probably need to add charle's cert in the Wii, replacing the original cert ? so charle will be able to forward requests and rewrite URLs ?
I suppose that can't be so easy.

but if eshop is closed, I'm not sure to understand why you want a SSL proxy.
if it's used to redirect to a user's repository, no need to wait for eshop to close, you could have done it anytime before.
lot of people worked on certificat issue (like Riiconnect24) to patch existing IOS and apps and still use them online after they closed their services.

it's not for that, I want export just dance 2015 dlc

export, not import?
You can create your own dances and export them?
I didn't know the game had a export feature. export to where? to share tracks with other users on a global server? I doubt it's store on Nintendo's own server, it's probably on Ubisoft's servers and therefore will not be affected by the closed eShop.

You don't need an SSL proxy to download stuff from the shop. Just get the title ID and download it using tools like NUS-Downloader.

However, you won't have the title key so you can't pack a WAD. You could dump that from your console using BlueDump, but that would still only give you a fakesigned WAD.

You should be able to press B when it asks to edit the ticket and TMD, if you really want a signed backup (for that console ID only, of course)
