So after installing a texture hack, the game refuses to load further than the logo.
    Any thoughts?

If I'm gonna help you, I'll need mire than that. What did you install? How? How did you apply it?

Did you have TS4M's modding pack with your texture hack?

Weird... Texture hacls shouldn't do that. Did you install it in a new slot?

If it doesn't work, the Game SHOULD crash when loading the character, not at boot. Can you give me your folder structure?

That's your problem, apparently you cant have it with his pack. That's what happened to me. Delete it (Sadly since its pretty sweet) then it should work.

    Stay with me in this...
(CLARIFICATION: YOU NEED TO MERGE YOUR GAME FILES SINCE THE RESOURCE FILESAND THE PATCHLIST CHANGE EVERYTIME YOU BUILD A MOD, IF THE GAME DOESN'T FIND A CERTAIN FILE AT BOOT IT WILL CRASH)
    1. You should dump your game (or download it as the filthy pirate you are:rofl:)
2.Secondly, copy dt00, dt01, Is, the meta folder, and the code folder to TS4M's Modpack, sm4sh explorer should boot.
2A.Alternatively, you could do the opposite but there are two important downsides:
-You won't have your vanilla game.
-And some mods will not work
3.Replace all the files you need.
4.IMPORTANT:If you get "object not set to an instance of an object", you'll need to copy the file you're trying to replace to the Modpack folder, since you only copied the necessary files for it to boot. You could copy the whole game to TS4M's Modpack, but DO NOT REPLACE ANY FILES.
    5. Build your hack with sm4sh explorer with the path being the one in the Modpack.

    Tips:
-When Sm4sh Explorer tell you to choose the folder with your game files, choose the Modpack folder, not the original folder.
-Ask if something doesn't work and please..... READ IT THROUGH

Thanks for watching, hope it helps

    Easiest way:
    Delete sm4shmod.xml
