Gaming SSBU update problem

Hi. Recently I deleted my ssbu update from the system memory. After trying to launch ssbu wiiu tries to install an update, but fails. The update is 3608mb, but my Wii U is 8gb Basic Pack and so I cant free up more space than 3400mb. Connecting external USB drive doesn't help either.

Move the SSBU data to the external HDD then try downloading again.

I dont have any ssbu data, because I moved it to the Silicon Power flash drive, which corrypted itself and made my wii u crash every time I tried to play a game or enter Data Managment menu in Settings.

Don't you have save data you can move? Play the game without the update so it creates save data then move that.
There should be a button to start the game without updating, if there isn't try disconnecting the Wii U from wifi first.
