Gaming SSBB question (dvd9 issue)

ok.. So I'm one of those people who didnt download the dvd5 version.
Got the DL version today, and have some questions, ill really appreciate it if someone could answer them for me as the amount of information is vast and i cant find 1 clear answer.
(BTW pal wiikey 1.9g)

1) Can I just wiibrickblock it with the new version, burn it on DL and run it ?
2) Do I need to do the 15% trick? am i risking of bricking my wii?
3) when does the european version coming out? maybe its just better to wait for it (if its cpl of days or even 1 month).

i assume you say that because you could find a thousand answers. Everything you ask have been asked and responded a thousand times. READ dont be lazy

1) No, if you brickblock it, it won't work, the game needs to update
2) There is always a risk of bricking doing this
3) USA version is slated for March 9, unsure of EU version

@chamonofx, i read so many things, but everyone is talking about how they did the 15% trick with the dvd5.
