I'm in aus too, and have only been able to get into one random match. And when I did, the game went all slow-mo on me.

I haven't been able to get a random match since, but a friend match with a mate worked great.

What port does SSBB use?
Every port.
Juts foward port 1 to the highest port on your router to the wii.

Are you some kind of moron? Forwarding every port is a huge security risk, especially if you're using DHCP and your IP addresses shuffle around.

And I've already stated why you can't find people online. It takes anywhere from 2-20 minutes to get a game in London, UK.

Well then Nintendo is morons.

This is what thats writen in their support section:

In order to solve this problem, you may consider adjusting your router's Port Forwarding settings*. Each router is unique, so consult the owner's manual for your router or contact the manufacturer for specific information on working with your router's ports. For your information:
If you are prompted for a device or profile name, you can enter anything you like (such as Wii, etc.).
The starting port to open is 1, the ending port to open is 65535 (or as high as the router will allow).
Protocols will need to be set to UDP only.
Set the IP address for the ports to forward to the same as the Wii's static IP address. If you don't know what the Wii's IP address is, the best way to determine it is by performing a manual setup...... (Cutted off)

Hold on, how is Nintendo getting the Wii's geographical location? An IP address, I assume, but from where exactly? Local or serverside? Either way, it shouldnt be too hard to spoof with a US-designated one.

I doubt an you've has given the Wii a static IP address, given the previous quality of your posts. Seeing as you didn't respond to my DHCP comment, I don't think you know what it is.

Yes ive given my Wii a static IP and after doing that i finaly found a match
