i have another problem, after i win the 1st battle in SSE, i get a black screen. i tried to find a way to fix this and i found this!

http://forums.dolphin-emulator.com/printthread.php?tid=7452

it even happens in Dolphin! i tired the NTSC-J version and the PAL version and they both do it!

Please does this game work and if not how can i fix it?

It happens in WiiFlow, USB Loader GX and (i think) CFG Loader! is there a certain version of these that doesn't do that?

(sorry about so many questions, i have a lot of them!)

They are many bad dumps of SSBB for 2 reasons:
* double layer
* second partition table

You can use wit to test for a bad dump.
Open an command windows and say: "wit verify ssbb.iso" or "wit verify ssbb.wbfs".

what i need to get done is the NTSC-J, NTSC-U, and PAL versions to be fixed

wit is a command line tool. The complete job must be entered as command with parameters and options. line. Best is to write a batch file named "verify.bat" and start it
Code:
@echo off
wit verify .
pause
This batch file will test all images in the current directory. This takes much time because of 64 AES-128-CBC decryptions and 1029 SHA1 calculations for each MiB of data, and SSBB has much of them.

Since when does age matter?

I've been doing this stuff since I was very, very young.

Make a new dump of the disc.

do you need the original disks to dump or the isos?
Erm..."dumping" or "ripping" a game basically means creating the iso from the disc. So obviously, you need the disc to do that.

...but I recognize your problem. It most likely has nothing to do with the iso, but with the used cIOS. Update those with modmii (Hermes 222 plays it fine...d2x with a base of 56 most likely as well), make sure your loaders use those cIOS for this game, then try again.
