I heard that toon zelda, toon sheik, and dixie kong were gonna be in brawl but they trashed it. Is that true?

No. But they would be possible to add if Brawl+ (non-iso hack for brawl) steps up to the next level of hacking.

Well its true. On the smash dojo site they had pics of dixie kong but was probably trashed due to no need for another kong. And in a scrambled mess of text from a smash bros disc that had info on stuff like characters,places,ect had some words blantly saying dixie kong,toon,sheik,toon,ganondorf, and plusle and minun (Plusle and minun were 1 character like ice climbers ) in the character area.
