A few weeks after coming to light through overseas ratings boards, Elevator Action Deluxe has been officially confirmed by Square Enix via an official site.

The site is in a teaser state with no details on the game. As the site lists only PlayStation 3 and PSN, it looks like, different from past Square Enix download titles, this may be a PS3 exclusive.[/p][IMG] Source

Played it on the gameboy, highly addictive and very well-made game. I wonder what they will do with this version.

Is SE allowed to do this? Either way, I love that game, a great time waster.

Reboot time! In a gritty futuristic world of crime, one man must ride anti-gravity lifts through the evil corporation's moon headquarters, rescue his wife, and take them down.

Yes, Elevator Action was made by Taito which is owned by Square Enix.

Wow, really? Didn't know that. (Why is it that when I type something like that it comes out sounding sarcastic? I'm not trying to be.)

Funny, I discovered this series probably like a month ago and now suddenly an announcement. Too bad if it's only on PS3. If anything I thought a continual would've been on the DS, considering you get a much longer view.

Holy crap. The original on NES was one of the very first games I ever played.I'd probably check this out if I had a PS3
