Do people know that this isn't actually out yet? Jan 31st is the release date, sure theres sometimes leaks and whatever but if there IS a leak or dump then I'm sure someone with a good reputation will say with the corrects details.

Character slot on one of the menu seems to suggest 36, though the character screen could accomodate anything upto 39 I guess (10 x 4 rows minus the random icon)

Where did you get Waluigi? I thought he was confirmed as an assisst trophy.

Anyways, technically it's 39 different characters. 35 and then add Shiek, Charizard and Ivysaur, and Zero Suit Samus. I just hope you can switch into Zero Suit Samus without using the Final Smash, but I highly doubt that since Zero Suit is part of the Final Smash..

Did someone say Falco still has similar movesets like he did in Melee..? Mm.. that's half and half for me. I main Falco in Melee.. but I don't want him to have the same movesets again. Oh well.

I really don't know about Conker, I thought Rare owned him? Especially after the Bad Fur Day remake for the Xbox.
