Hacking Splatoon premium pack 5.3.2 or not

Hello ppl, this is my first post I want to ask you what you think about this bundle "splatoon premium pack amiibo". The seller told me that they got the package in mid-December 2015. In the box there are stickers that say Ita (italy and something WUP xxxxx). I will attach couples pictures. I know many ppl said that any Splatoon bundle(with disc) is safe, but I'm a little scared and need to ask you

Can you tell me about sealed you talking? I watched many youtube clips about unboxing wiiu, but I have not noticed any sealed sticker or something similar. So how do I know if the box is not open? I know that is possible in European union that you can return the goods within a few days if you are not satisfied.

I don't think there is an official one unless i'm mistaken.

i meant sealed as in factory sealed, the box doesn't have a seal per se
so you can't really tell unless you open the box, and do a close inspection
