3. Nobody is actually waiting for your unclear and helpless questions, ever noticed how nobody can truely help you? LEARN english and ask more general and recognizable questions

@victormr21 Static.pack is a SARC archive. You can extract it with Uwizard or SARCTools.

For night mode, you can use my script to patch MapInfo.byaml in Static.pack. Please note that going online with this is a guaranteed ban.
