Don't use that site...
It says in the guides to use loadiine.ovh
That site is obsolete
But the answer is "No, it cannot ban you"
It loads unsigned code which allows homebrew, it is not dangerous in anyway. You cannot brick because you don't have full IOSU access.

Maybe, but I don't know how to use it and it is very primitive right now.
Also it NNID-bans you whenever you use it so...

No it won't affect anything at all

I just released an update to MusicRandomizer to fix some bugs. This new version will also notify you if I release any more updates. In addition, a guide to run the program on Macs is also coming soon!

If you're still using 1.0.0.0, I recommend you update by replacing the old MusicRandomizer.exe with the new one.
