Did you use these cheats yourself and go online? I am curious because I want to wait a week or two to see if someone gets a ban hammer or not before using them myself.

I have only used money & chunks cheats, for about a week. No ban yet.
I wouldn't try anything else

Nintendo check players` amount of snails after festival or sometimes i guess
so i got banned on September 27th because of 999 snails

if you really dont want to get banned, i dont recommend using any codes
in Splatoon 3, game data is stored on the cloud, so there are no cheats that 100% safe as long as we connect online and send our game data

btw i use a few codes now again
money, chunks, tickets, card level, catalogue level ... i wish i wouldnt get banned again

I have been editing only money and ability chunks for 9 days now, no ban. These were safe in Splat 2 already.
If you were banned, you probably changed something else and got yourself flagged.

Based on my own experience and what I've read from others here, I made this list:

Little to no risk (more than a week without a ban):
- Money
- Ability chunks
- Food & drink tickets
- Table turf special & points cheat

Death sentence:
- Super snails (a.k.a. Turban shells)
- Salmon run level, points & rank
- Sheldon tickets
- Experience & level
- Any hero mode cheat in online battles (moon jump, infinite specials etc.)
- Direct gear editing (use chunks if you want to edit your gear)

Unknown (wouldn't try either):
- Catalog level/exp
- Table turf level/exp
- Salmon run scales
- Conch shells (a.k.a. Trumpet shells or splatfest shells)

Update: another advice, don't set what you edit to the max amount (e.g. 9,999,999 cash or 999x of things) and disable the cheat after you got what you wanted.
