If you haven't played the PC or iDevice versions of Spike Dislike, then you've missed out on one of the best indi games ever.
I took it upon myself to remake Jayenkai's 'Super Spike Dislike' for the DS, yes, he knows, no, he doesn't mind.

Download

It doesn't take much explaining, press right and don't hit the spikes.
There will be updates as it is not yet finished. I hope to get this to the standard of the iOS version

Hurray! SpikeDislike!
And what a kickass little version it is, too!

Feels a little odd having someone else port my game, but we've all seen my stuff before, and I'd've sucked trying to achieve that parallax scrolling!
Well done Spinal

This is fantastic, I love that game. Haven't tried it yet, but if its anything at all like the original, I'll like it

Great Job spinal.

I loved SpikeDislike on the iOS, so this'll be awesome for my DS

It'd be great if you could add more difficulties.

Ha, I play Super Spike Dislike on my ipod sometimes...now I can have it on my XL! Sweet! Thanks, spinal_cord, and Jayenkai!

Extra stuff's coming later, Spinal just wanted to get a working version out there nice and fast.

To be fair, the iOS one was pretty much just this, too, for the first couple of weeks!
Get it out, build it up, and enjoy all the versions along the way!

Woohoo Spike DSlike!

I loved Spike Dislike on iPod Touch but this one finally proves (at least for me), that real button controls are better than touch screen. I don't feel bad for saying that since I paid for the iPod version

You pretty much nailed the physics too.. feels good man

I'll agree with that. JNKPlat is so rubbish without buttons that, as much as I'd love to see it on iOS, I just can't bring myself to allow such a rubbishly uncontrollable bag of crap to be seen by anyone!!!!

Great job. I agree the new spike placement makes the game flow much better, and seeing the achievements pop up as you go is quite rewarding.
I made a quick iMenu icon for my own use, and while it's very minimalistic (in appearance and amount of work I put into it) maybe someone else would like to use it:

Woot achievements

And the text looks damn nice too.

BTW Jayenkai, would it be possible if you made SheepGoesLeft's iOS version requirement a little lower? I want to play Sheep on my iPod touch, but it's running 4.1 -.-
