spielelite.de has a .de ending but does ship from outside the EU, as much as i know. So, yes... a Sky3DS costs more than 20 Euros, so you have to pay customs (english for "zoll").
Spielelite will sure mark the sending as a gift, but the guys at the customs often don't belive it. If you have to pay, chance is about 70%, you'll have to pay 20% of the product price AND the shipping costs. The card costs 78 Euros on spielelite, 20% of 78 Euros are about 16 Euros. Sad, but Germany is bare ass and taxes it citizens hard.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore. -
