making a run fast code wouldnt exactly be easy. unknown value codes are a pain in the ass. try creating a ramdump when the mayor is walking then when the mayor is running then compare the ramdumps in cheat engine setting the first scan for unknown initial value then click on first scan then set the next scan for changed value and click next scan then get another ramdump where the mayor is walking and one more for running and cycle back and forth with ramdumps and scanning until addresses have been narrowed down to a few then test different changes in the values until you find a value for the code that meets the criteria for your desired effect.
