Even if they discover any exploit, it's probably best to keep it secret if it can get patched with an Update, or if there could be any issues playing games requiring a higher firmware. Not much point hacking the thing now, wait until the library is built up a bit at least.
I want them to keep any finding under the radar for at least 2 whole years.
We need more third parties and first parties games on the system.
In the meantime, just play your backlog game and enjoy the chat in Gbatemp.

Probably the best place for this.... Personally I don't think it'll really lead anywhere however the absolute lack of tamper detection should either be a worry for the ninjas or they know it isn't.

just like any other youtuber right now follow the trend to farm copium with the switch 2 for views from the hater !

I remember back in the days of irc, when I used to talk to crediar, fix94 and rarely with marcan, they said that getting the console to read a backup wasn't that difficult. WiiU had just come out and unofficially dumps were already being read. But they weren't interested in that. I'm not a coder but I was just someone who liked these things. Every now and then I tested some DM fixes on Wii, I talked to them and I was fascinated by what they did. In short, starting backups is just a consequence of an open system. Of course I still don't understand this approach of selling HARDWARE that is so closed. There's nothing special in Switch2 in my opinion (unlike what Wii or the first Switch were). On that irc chat I myself wrote (WIIU had just come out) that in my opinion the future was being able to play our games wherever we wanted (at home or on the bus on the way home). But now we need something more. I don't understand why Nintendo doesn't rely on augmented REALITY! Can you imagine challenging each other to POKEMON sitting at the same table? Or standing in an open space? Watching our heroes twirl and challenge each other with the background of reality around us?

(NINTENDO IF U READ THIS FOR THE SECOND TIME.. GIVE ME SOME CREDIT THIS TIME....) ;)

I know that in Japan at the time of the virtual gameboy there was a law that held an object (and therefore whoever manufactured it) responsible if you hurt yourself while using it, that's why the virtual gameboy wasn't wearable... but then APPLE GLASS?
