Hacking specific 9.1.0 update issue

Guys, I tried to update to 9.1.0 but I seemingly have an issue going on that I didn't expect to get.
So: I updated, then updated my Atmosphere files to SciresM's latest release, added signature patches and used hekate_ctcaer_5.1.0 as payload.
What happens, I get this:

Failed to apply 'nosigchk'!
Failed to launch HOS!

press any key....

What did I do wrong? what's the key to fix it?

The sigpatches for Hekate isn't working at the moment.

Yes, as soon as those are updated, you can simply replace the patches with 9.1.0 and you'll be good to go.

Joonie has updated the sigpatches on 12/8/2019 which fixed this issue. It should work now.

remove "kip1patch=nosigchk" as recommended in another thread to fix
9.1 is really messy though still a lot of my backups don't work and say their corrupt. some do... but some do not even with the latest sig patches. i'm not sure why... so i'm going back to 9.01 for now.
