Not quite sure, installed everything but ended up with:

arm-none-eabi-gcc -MMD -MP -marm -mlittle-endian -mcpu=arm946e-s -march=armv5te -fno-builtin -fshort-wchar -std=c11 -Wno-main -c -o build/draw.o source/draw.c
make: arm-none-eabi-gcc: Command not found
make: *** [build/draw.o] Error 127

:D

Have you tried closing cmd and reopening it? I still had that problem, but reopening cmd and running make again worked. Well, except for the missing mset part, but that is an unrelated problem.

Hmm still run into the same issue with the new commit, wonder why
Code:
make: Circular out/rei/thread/arm9.bin <- thread dependency dropped.
make[1]: Entering directory '/home/melon/Documents/Git/ReiNand/thread'
arm-none-eabi-gcc -g source/thread.c source/lib.c -c -mcpu=arm946e-s -march=armv5te -mlittle-endian -fshort-wchar -std=c99
arm-none-eabi-gcc -g source/_start.s source/FS.S -I source -c -mcpu=arm946e-s -march=armv5te -mlittle-endian -fshort-wchar
arm-none-eabi-gcc: error: source/FS.S: No such file or directory
Makefile:11: recipe for target 'all' failed
make[1]: *** [all] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/melon/Documents/Git/ReiNand/thread'
Makefile:70: recipe for target 'out/rei/thread/arm9.bin' failed
make: *** [out/rei/thread/arm9.bin] Error 2

EDIT: WOW just had to capitalize the '.s' in "thread/source/FS.s"

Probably hasn't finished updating it.
Patience grasshopper. :P

c:\program files (x86)\gnu tools arm embedded\4.9 2015q2\arm-none-eabi\include\sys\dirent.h:10:2: error: #error "<dirent.h> not supported"
#error "<dirent.h> not supported"
^
make[2]: *** [brahma.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [build] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/c/Users/x/Documents/GitHub/ReiNand/ninjhax'
make: *** [out/3ds/ReiNand] Error 2

I'm getting here. Something goes wrong with dirent.h :D

I have some questions

Downgrading MSET to 4.X will give some problemas if you format the sysnand? I mean, it hasn't any config for the new C Stick. Its better to downgrade MSET 4.X or 6.X?

Can someone upload the new compiled version? How I have to install it by MSET?
