Do you ever feel bad for Nintendo? Nintendo was always against piracy. They didn't use CDs on the N64 because they were afraid of piracy. They used uncommon DVDs to protect against piracy for the Gamecube. They finally launch a console with a regular format and BOOM! backup loader. I feel sorry for them. Oh well Im going to go play my "backup" of Samba De Amigo.

They didn't use CDs on the N64 because they were afraid of piracy?
Or was it because they where not willing to pay the license fees to Philips for it and make an extra buck?

AND....the merger with Sony never went through. ya its true. Learn your history.
Btw, nintendo is loosing the least amount of money due to piracy. So keep downloading.

A big company like nintendo can survive from piracy, i know ALOT of people that would have no idea at all about modding a ds or wii. Also it seems alot of people taht have modded consoles still buy alot of games, Shane R Monroe from the team cyclops forums afaik has like 100 games or something and he still owns a cyclods

Uhhh.. I know my history. Im just saying piracy was one of among many reasons they didnt use cds (they also used load times as an excuse).

mebe in the beginning, but there hasn't been any decent games in a while for the wii, while 360 keeps delivering punches, and ps3 is finally starting to gain sum momentum.
