I tried to replace my PS4 controller micro USB port and inadvertently used the wrong polarity port (port was soldered upside down). I plugged it in the USB ports of my PS4 pro and noted "too many devices connected." I then tried to check the ports with a known good PS4 controller. One of the front USB port is now dead. The other front one and the rear one is fine. Can someone help in poinitn gin the right direction? I think the USB controller chip is probably fine but maybe the charging controller IC is blown. Some help would be greatly appreciated!
