It's nice of them, but to be honest, I don't see much point in it. It'll be the main employees who will be handling all the questions (I foresee "no, ma'am/sir. This device will NOT play PS3/xbox360 games." as a standard answer). The gesture may land them some extra storage space in November (though that's kind of doubtful now that microsoft is apparently copying the act), but in the long run, it'll be the profit they get that will decide how many shelves they will get.

I also think quite a few managers will either sell their console or the game, or make it an award to their employees. I kind of think that the regular employees aren't too happy that their efforts to sell the consoles aren't rewarded while their boss gets free stuff for nothing (which isn't true, but is how it's often perceived).
