yes and no, you still need someone willing and able to do it. It being ported from 360 to PC just gives an avenue for refactoring an existing port rather than trying to make a port from scratch, and refactoring can involve multiple programming languages and so forth. It’s not as simple as “well there’s a PC port now!”…
There is also still software and hardware restrictions. Wii U can run a lot of games that the Wii is not capable of running for example. Or, take a look into what PS1 devs had to do with the PS1 to make Crash Bandicoot work. Also, Dead Rising for any other console, then Dead Rising on the Wii. To successfully make the game run on Wii, they had to scrap a ton of content from the game and slash the graphics output.
