Weeeelllll, it sets off whenever the content is 3rd party (production music, some video game music), or blocked on several countries (MOSTLY Songs like todays hits or, this instrumental shown in the video.) The video blocked in several countries may not be on mobile phones or TV. And even worse, Video blocked WORLDWIDE (Like part of an TV Show/Movie more than 10-15 seconds long.) Even worse than that can result in a copyright strike. For more information, Google is your friend. Also, I updated the link.
