Homebrew somekind of sdk or developer kit for ds.

I have a good knowledge of c++ and i would like to develope homebrew for the ds. i heard about devkit pro and it's libraries but i can't find any good tutorial about setting up and using.

Please, dont tell me to use google. Just need some short but straight answers about what i need to get and where to find good tutorials.
