Hacking Somehow not banned

Yeah, still not banned. Not sure how, but there must be a reason for it. Nintendo is very systematic about their bans- if you step on a certain trigger, you'll be flagged for the next banwave or in some cases banned immediately. I have survived all banwaves with nothing more than basic common sense, such as to disable internet when running pirated games.
No, there is no rhyme nor reason to bans whatsoever. This was the case with the 3DS and is still the case with the Switch. People have been banned for pirating, people have been banned without pirating; people have been banned for homebrew and some for only using CFW. Bans are completely random which works to Nintendo's favor because this way no one figures out a safe way of using hacks.

Honestly, I feel like if you can survive the Pokemon sun/moon leak banwave without getting banned, you can survive anything.
Heh, I even played the game early with my Gateway. As well as Ultra Sun/Moon. Multiple .CIA and .3DZ files but somehow I had Reggie's blessing.

Let me guess cfw +bad .xci with online play

Nope. Never used an XCI in my life. It was a brand new Switch(bought and opened the same day) banned in ten minutes with zero games/apps running or installed. Just plain vanilla CFW.

Oh I was thinking that only using cfw was no the cause of bans I see

That's what I thought too. That's why I kept the SD card clean with only the bare minimum to run Atmosphere. Then I went to go get an update and saw the ban error just after booting up.

When you've got some free time, do you mind filling out the ban form in this thread?

What I said may still be true, but they are only banning random people who got flagged, instead of all of them. It's impossible to say for sure though.

Are you aware that I have been collecting ban information for the past 6 months in this thread? More specifically on a Google spreadsheet.

You can update your xci , nsps officially online like you could if you owned them legit??
you can update xci officially online like if you had the cartridge but nsp's are a different story as nintendo can see you didn't purchase the games from the eshop. However I've updated nsp's as well (because I didn't care if I got banned) and still didn't get banned. Again the only thing I haven't done is actually play a game online or used layeredfs.

thats actually a topic which is not complete.
I know a Friend hes using the YouTube NSP and isnt banned.
There are some lucky guys.
But u will banned soon. (I think, when not then stop downloading these games and play with these maybe u get banned by the next game)
But I think thats something what is happening all the time.
And thats something what should be better explored.
Problem: when 1 Guy try to go online then gets banned. Then who should be the next?

I somehow haven’t been banned either. And I usually check the eShop while in CFW. I never leave CFW, I do turn on airplane mode when I play anything though. I’ve been hacked since it first became easy. I honestly don’t know what causes the bans at this point.

Thanks, I will start doing this from now on:)

I am not banned either, even after using all sorts of homebrew/nsp/xci for about 6 or 7 months now
But one day we will probably get rekt by the system

Out of pure curiosity I made a nand backup and just reset everything on my switch and now im just going to wait I highly expect to still be banned but I am curious

I dont really care if I get banned Im just shocked it hasnt happened yet seeing im not hiding it in the slightest
