Do you know why FileZilla Client reads the PS3's external HDD NTFS partition if webMAN MOD is installed but not if only IRISMAN is installed?

I had an used Sixaxis which had left analog stick drift that only happened when playing a specific PS3 game (european Sonic Generations). A Reddit user talked about deadzone. What's that? I searched and didn't find a setting regarding it on the XMB and in the game.

The dead zone is basically an analog sticks calibration. If it's not set right, stuff like that can happen.

What's the difference between the Content ID and the Title ID?

Content id is unique to each game and dlc. Title id is the same for game and all its dlc.

Content id is how the system knows which license goes with which content.

they're not. they just need the rap key and the content id to build a rap file. I could build a rap file with that information. that's why some people spell it out, so you never have to worry about it being taken down.

Why does Cobra (e.g.) create RIF files when converting from RAP to RIF instead of only converting the RAP key to RIF while keeping the RAP file?

I still don't get the difference between RIF files and RIF keys. Why doesn't Cobra only change the RAP key inside the RAP file instead of converting the RAP file to RIF and include on it a new license (RIF key)?

I do wish this category would be active with other users. PS3 still has a lot of life.

Here it's said many games require a PPF patch. I thought those patches were meant to convert 4:3 to 16:9, not to make games work. Are they hard to find and apply?
