1. Do you think that menuhax could be possible for the Wii U like the 3ds?

1) Already done, still not released

2)CFW is already a thing, look at redNAND. (Well, still not complete, but I'm sure there will be progress quickly)

The simple answer to both questions is yes. However, we are really just at the start of the whole iosu stuff, so we may have a while until different exploits are discovered and built for end user stuff. It is getting closer all the time though.
