Hacking Some question

Hello,
I just bought a wii and i wanted to play a burn backup.
My wii is in 4.2E firmware and i've got the Homebrew Channel installed by banner bomb trick.
What do I have to do?
Should I downgrade it first and then installed the new cIOS or can I go ahead with my 4.2 Wii?
And what is the newest backup launcher?
