Homebrew Some Games wont boot from Emunand

i read i have to install rev 17 cios to 247 i have no idea how to do this i thought it was all updated but when i boot my emunand VC channels through usbloader gx some dont work and just show no signal on tv wanting a walthrough on how to be able to run them using the dx2 v8 on 249 (what i have now) and ones like SSB and Paper mario on cios rev 17 on 247 if this makes sense to anyone please reply i am running out of patience with this wii

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
