I succesfully replaced a faulty USB C port on a Switch and all seemed well. My customer
contacted me a short while later, mentioning that only the Captain Toad cartridge worked
and others, like Mario Odyssey, would not. Mario Odyssey does show on the start menu but
when trying to start it, the Switch will give a "the software could not be started" error.
Has anyone got any suggestions what could be the cause of this behaviour? I can try and
replace the game card reader but it's working perfectly with Captain Toad and even sees
that the Mario Odyssey cartidge is inserted but just won't start it.
