Hacking Some downgrading help

Ok, im downgrading and need some help, the thing is, where i need to put the file PlaySysUpdate.cia, i have a PlaySysUpdater folder inside 3ds but i don't know if i need to place that cia file in the root or inside 3ds folder, then, i should create a updates folder inside 3ds and put all cia files of 9.2 right?

Just put the cia in SD root and the updates in the root. Install the plaisysupdater via FBI and downgrade

Wow, i have ninjax so i think i need to open PlaySysUpdater through Homebrew no? Yes i downloaded New 3ds 9.2 E (Europe version), that's my console I also checked md5 and everything is ok

I would stop reading the guide now and not attempt to mod your 3ds.
It says where you should put the files very clearly and if you're running into issues with copy and paste you're no doubt going to have issues later on

the updates folder has to be on the root. the cia doesnt matter as u just go to it with the installer and install it. but root is easiest so u dont have to go through a bunch of folders. the 3ds folder is for homebrew with the extention .3dsx

Yes open it in HB launcher. You could use larbob sysupdater its better for downgrading to 9.2

Okay its your choice to be paranoid because noyadays there's no risk at all in installing a9lh and cfw only people who can't READ fail somehow

Yes open it in HB launcher. You could use larbob sysupdater its better for downgrading to 9.2

he has a point. downgrading is the most dangerous part of the guide. installing a cfw is just placing some files

That's fine, go ahead, I'm just warning you is all. If you're not confident in what you're doing and can't trouble shoot a bit by yourself its more than likely not worth it

Cia there, PlaiSysUpdater folder inside 3ds folder, and updates folder in root with all cia's of 9.2
