Hardware Solder pad gone

so I was installing the trinket m0. Everything was going fine until a wire somehow got stuck and kinda tore off a test/solder pad on my switch board. Not sure why, but the system refuses to boot and will not charge through usb, but “connects” to my pc just fine but does not show up in any RCM program. Is it safe to say that my board is screwed? That stuff on the board was flux that I cleaned up after taking that picture.

Its hard to see from the image since it is not really sharp enough to see the traces, but since you did say you tore off the solder pad, it probably was bridging two traces or some sort of connection. One way to fix it without the pad would be to cut into the traces and bridge it there. This is only speculation because I can't really clearly what things were connected in that region

I took a closer look with my magnifying glass, it looks like you may be correct. I am going to attempt to bridge the traces

A few have come to mel ike this. Better off soldering direct to the USB-C with some AWG40 then soldering (linking) to the choke (the little square thing next to the IC with 4 soldered corners)
