I don't know if Arm needs to update this manually or if it is done automatically.

There isn't an official .dol or .wad download, the SoftChip team only provides the source code.

Just use disc settings, this should run 98% of the games. If you get black and white video playback that's the fault of your tv. You could patch the video mode in this case in the main.dol and select system settings.

Just wanted to double check if I have the right file, what you mean when you said "as you can see in the zip" , as I downloaded the file & it is in rar format with a dol inside and nothing more??

Maybe you mean on your signature??
