Hacking So Wood R4 > YSMenu?

I already have YSMenu and was told I should get Wood R4. But I've also heard that I can get patches for YSMenu that can make it just as good. Which is better now and in the long run, do you think?

Wood R4 for sure, YS menu never gets its updates and the creator is so annoying, GBAtemp always has some updates for Wood R4 and is really easy to put and to manipulate, so forget about YSmenu, stay with the goblin.

They're both fine options, but Wood is a bit cleaner, and has the ability to play a bit more. That said, Retro does keep Ysmenu updated to where it plays most games fine. It's still a fine option for clones.

i would keep both wood and ysmenu on the R4.
that way, when wood doesn't have an update, YSMenu is there. AFAIK, it's still being updated by a lot of people.

ysmenu has a bad giu and wood does not as in for game updates ysmenu will always be 1-2days earlier.
