I could never get into Final Fantasy, not even FFVII when I played it on my PS Vita. Same goes with EarthBound, it's a great game but I get lost most of the time and the battles are too hard. I did play a little bit of Chrono Trigger on the Virtual Console and enjoyed it, I got to the part where you're put on trial in this castle and this boss that kept replenishing his HP was too damn hard, so stopped playing it. I really enjoy more action RPGs like ActRaiser, Soul Blazer, Castlevania: Symphony of The Night and it's spiritual sequels on the GBA and DS that use the same "Metroidvania" RPG gameplay. I was playing the hell out of Super Metroid on my New 3DS but I got to a part where I didn't know what to do. I got pretty far, though. The main RPGs I like, are the Mario and Pokemon ones.
