I don't, i use broadband.

Dial-up is really old and slow.
But if you use compression, or something like opera turbo, it'll make it much more faster.

I remember having Dial-Up. I remember the sound it made when connecting, and then being able to use the internet for 30 minutes because my mom thought it was too expensive.

A long long long long time ago yes. I remember being little and helping my dad keep the loose phone cables in while he tried to dial in to check on his work. beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep...dooodaaaa SCHWOWAWOWAOWOAWOAWOOOOOOOOO.

My aunt used to just use PeoplePC. Good times setting up a demo of a 3DRealms game to download while we ate lunch.

Also, my relatives still use dial-up. I have to say there location isn't in the best of places internet wise.

I even remember going to the library, cause that was cheaper internet, and printing Dragonball Z images there.

DSL is what Dial-up evolved to. A separate line just for internet, so people could go uninterrupted.

LOL, I did the exact same thing as a kid, I would go to the library, print awesome DBZ/GT pics and then learn how to draw the characters, good times.
