Alright, cool, but what payload does it chainload? Because from what I can read online, it chainloads a payload on your sd card (https://gbatemp.net/threads/interna...de-files-support.508068/page-178#post-9691512)
Trinket experts say:
>Really you have the options of either updating the uf2 format on the chip or the payload on the SD, as for the uf2 format to me it doesn't matter what version, as long there is one you can chainload another version of hekate.
Obviously my app doesn't do the former, and only does the latter if told to.

Im not here to fight with you, what I don't get is why ItotalJustice Atmosphere work fine and your doesn't work, perhaps it is your program, I mean it does the same thing that update atmosphere without connecting the sd card to a computer.

when you chainload it just boot the payload you specified, but I know people have problem with your software even without a trinket.

Why would you lie like that? iTotalJustice's updater hasn't worked in a year, maybe more. Ever since atmosphere locks up some files in read only mode. And it certainly wouldn't update your trinket payload.

And what that payload is outdated, then your system won't boot. You can still use my program with your trinket if you had read the README, and it would correctly update your trinket specific payload

If you don't want to fight, don't say my software "really sucks".

lol well It does suck to be honest if more than one person says it.

Then what, is your tinker payload a forwarder? Which payload is used to boot your switch into atmosphere?
Could also be (unlikely) that your trinket somehow interrupts aio's routine and inject its payload before aio can launch its own custom payload. Either way it is caused by your non-standard setup, and after 10 unsuccesful tries it would have been nicer to open an issue on github or post on gbatemp instead of saying "it sucks".
You’re right I shouldn’t have been so harsh. I could have worded it better such as buggy or iffy.

I’m using a uf2 version of hekate that only gets pushed if my switch doesn’t have a version of Hekate on my SD card. Than it defaults to that. Hekate than is set to autoboots from Fusee.bin

Which is why I can simply just extract new updates to the root of my systems sd card and be good and not have to do anything else. Which is pretty much what your program does. Correct?

So i updated my atmosphere, my sig patches, hekate, and the firmware using the all in one switch updater. After I did that the sys-clk manager stopped working, tinfoil and legends arceus data got corrupted but it was saying "the microSD card is corrupted". My sd card is formatted to FAT32 so im not sure what that's all about. I tried to redownload the latest version of tinfoil by downloading the nsp on golden leaf but it's telling me it failed and that I should try updating sigpatches. All of these are making me so lost

My suggestion is to use hekate usb mounting feature and replace the old files of hekate/atmosphere when you want to update. work 100% of the time.

fusee.bin doesn't exist in the atmosphere release, which means that it doesn't get updated when you update atmosphere and that is the reason why you get errors. Again, you can configure aio so that it updates fusee.bin, wherever you placed it, but it doesn't do it by default.

That is not correct, you're downloading fusee manually

Sure do that if you want, but it's more about you not understanding how to update your system than it is about my app "really sucking"

Ok, should I give you links of people who have trouble when updating manually?
There is a disclaimer on my app that says "Read up on how to manually update your Switch first. This will help you understand the app better and you'll know what to do in case something goes wrong."
Obviously you didn't heed that warning if you thought the payload your trinket launches doesn't need to be updated, or that iTotalJustice's updater still works.

My app does exactly what guides tells you to do. Now if you have weird setups, like chainloading payloads, using a modified atmosphère or whatever else, you'll have to configure it accordingly. Any crash you encounter with my app you would have encountered with drag and dropping ams' release on the root of your SD. As a matter of fact, some crashes can be avoided by my apps ability to disable sysmodules.

Well atleast his updater work correctly, not like your that throw a panic error.

Yeah, that's totally what you meant by using the present tense every time you referred to it.
I guess I got my response though, you'll keep arguing in bad faith. Have a good day

If you created a 100% working one then obviously people won't be BS about your updater.
