Hacking So I'm Guessing My 3 in 1 + Battery is Dead

I just got a brand new 3in1 in the mail today and its not saving my Games.
I have an Acekard2i with AKAIO firmware running on a DS lite.
It ask me to initiallize the cart every time I Go on the GBAExploader.
Is there any other way to play and save my games and if not whats the safest way to replace the battery.

AKAIO has a a built in loader like exploader, try that. If your still having issues, you can check your 3in1 to the ones referenced in my sig. If it is not the 3in1+, you will probably need to replace the battery, if not you can have it sent back and get a replacement.

I Don't have much mechanical expertise so I can either have my dads friend see if he can fix it or do it my self.
If I choose the latter whats the safest way to do it without fudging it up?
BTW why are there so many reports of dead batteries?

if the 3in1loader by rudolph does not work then its either its not recognizing it or has a dead bettery....sadly mine ran out of battery today too...
