i got banned from both eshop and online. The eshop banned went away for some reason now i just have online ban left. kek.

Everyone should be safe as long as (a) they never played the game before release, (b) the have a version of it that came out when or after it was released, and (c) they use cias or a private header and (d) do not wonder trade any "suspicious pokemons". The last one might seem far fetched but. . . I have my doubts, especially since I got banned from ORAS when this whole fiasco was occurring with Sun/Moon. If you read around you'll find out why the first two reasons are valid, even if you got the game before release, you should be able to play other games online with no problem.
