Yeah, basically what's in the title. I can't access devkitpro.org nor the pacman database, because they've banned my IP for some reason. Like, I know I can wait like ~1 month or so for my ISP to refresh the IP but still, kinda weird, especially since I didn't really do anything
That's terrible, servers can ban entire countries by IP range so it's probably not just you or your ISP. If it's a problematic source of bots for example.
I just checked, it's just my ISP, I can connect to the website with mobile data.
I just hope that it's only this specific IP and not ISP's whole IP range
