Homebrew So, can I not install custom themes now?

I'm on 11.6 and I can't really find anything on how I'd install a custom theme.
I don't think I have a way to load Homebrew or what ever it is I need? I'm not really sure if it's even homebrew that I need for it, I'm kinda lost.

yeah without out homebrew you cant get custom themes so curently you need ntrboothax or dsiware

if all you want is custom themes then homebrew is what you want (with no knowledge of what you have at the ready the best i can do is this link) . . . Homebrew Exploits - 3dbrew
if you think custom themes are cool to you then you should look into cfw, cfw will allow homebrew (and then some) and protect it from nintendo's updates here is a link . . . 3DS Guide - 3DS Guide

for homebrew you will need a certain 3ds game (like 20usd) and for cfw you would need r4i-gold (20usd)
