Yeah.
VC injection has been a thing for quite some time actually. Even easier with Loadiine GX2.
I already completed super Mario 64 DS and Chrono Trigger (DS) via VC injection.
I also started both Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass.
For N64 titles, I haven't started any yet because I want to wait until Loadiine adds an option to stretch the image to play DK64 properly, same for Conker.
Resident Evil 2 is my long time dream, I just hope Nintendo releases the file for Resident Evil 2 (USA and EUR) since only Biohazard 2 is playable right now.

NES, SNES, N64, GBA, DS, and I don't know what others are compatible now with injection.
