Hacking SnezziDS 0.28a on R4?

Hi, Has anyone been able to get SnezziDS 0.28a(latest) converted snes roms to play on R4DS?

It tries to load but it is sooooooo slow that around 1/3 way through it freezes.

I was under the impression that the latest (released 12th oct.) didn't work at all with R4 due to using gba memory when converted or something?

it converts into .nds so i assumed that it would load on R4DS just like anyother .nds file.

It will load just like any other .nds file, then it will try to use the GBA RAM, fail, and not work.

[edit] Actually, I was wrong. It just won't load.
