thank you very much!!

Does anyone here have the Super Famicom Wii Classic controller?
I was wondering if it works with this new version.

I have a little problem here
I felt the wii's snes emu isn't as good as VC or the real snes or PC snes emu
for example, when i playing super mario 2
i usually hold run all the time, and press jump whenever is necessary
but somehow, when i use the classic controller
the jump command usually not execute, so i die by running towards the enemy.
very strange problem, i don't know if it is because the emu is not good handling holding one button and pressing another button, or it's a delay or whatever....anyone had this problem as well??

Hi guys,

This is my first foray in Wii homebrew and since its a little risky to intall VC games, I thought I would go ahead with SNES emulation on my Wii, and I found this post. I've downloaded the emu and am gonna try it out. Installed the Homebrew Channel yesterday and now am gonna try this out

But I wanted to ask, I don't have a classic controller. I only have the Wiimote and a GC controller, and I think a GC controller would be good to play SNES games ? Do you guys like using just the Wiimote for playing SNES games ? Can I use a GC controller with this emu ?

Sorry if these are noob questions

Hmhm, for me is depending of the game, there are games that play wonderfull with the wiimote alone like Donkey Kong Country or Super Star Wars, but then there are others like Super Metroid that use a very akward setup for the wiimote so I switch to the GC controller, so is depending of the game but I always look for playing them with the Wiimote

And of course, sometimes Wimote+Nunchuck is nice too ^^ this version supports all the controllers, but only the GC one can be mapped

Thanx a lot dude

I think that perfection and the "real snes" feeling, only with the Classic Controller can be reached

i hope we cah map the wiimote in the next version

Can somebody explain me, why they use SNES9X 1.43 for this emu instead of SNES9X 1.51???
The Picture and Soundquality can not match with the VC Emu or the original games, its too bad!
Injecting games to the nintendo emu is still the way to go
