There is a DSP file which you are likely missing. You can use https://github.com/zoogie/DSP1/releases to get that file so homebrew audio works.

Try again. What exactly did you do?

You can also dump the DSP with Rosalina as in https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup#section-iv---rtc-and-dsp-setup .

I download DPS2.cia to my SD Card, downloaded it with FBI (obviously), opened it, it said it downloaded something and i pressed B to boot back to the home menu while removing the software 'cause i thought it was just unneccesary, tried to run a game on SNES9x (The game "Plok!" to be more specific), And there was still no sound! I even checked the audio settings and the Volume was at max and enabled on all games

Dumping the DSP Firmware using Luma didn't work either

I would say to try and redownload the app to see if a fresh install helps.
