Check my "report" on page 2 RetroArch is really not for O3DS if you're on that, but on N3DS, FUCK YES!

Hm would they have unique title ids, or be able to be differentiated at all?

Here is the .cia of blargsnes 1.3b. Seems like the title id is the same for 1.2 and 1.3b since one overwrites the other.

And also, what blargsnes should i download? 1.3 or 1.3b?

Edit: I don't have the cubic ninja flash card.. I only have the gateway version.

You have a gateway? I think you can run from the flashcard.
Just copy blargSnes.3ds to the Gateway's MicroSD.

I used the 1.3b and works fine.

To use with HBL, you need to do something like this:

3ds\blargSnes\blargSnes.3dsx
3ds\blargSnes\blargSnes.smdh

Then you will find the emulator in the HBL

You can create a folder snes in the root and put the roms there, so you will know where to find when start the emulator.

That's exactly the BlargNES working lol
Now you just need to browser to the folder where you put the .rom and start the game .
