Hacking Sneek Game Title List Not Working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed SNEEK+DI tediously around May (Revision 90~)
2. Updated directly to Sneek+DI R140
3. Spent 30 minutes to determine .bin files were renamed and relocated
3. Noticed all game titles names are hopelessly corrupt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What I see:

Note: The games work just fine. I can select a gibberish blob and load a game just fine with no issues at all.

What revision are you using? With what configuration
